Preparation, filing and monitoring appeals before the State Courts, the Federal Regional Courts, the Regional Labor Courts and before the Higher Courts in Brasilia/DF(Brazil);
Preparation and distribution of personal memorials before the completion of trials and oral arguments of the interests of our clients in trial sessions;
Preparation and monitoring of resources in administrative, fiscal and tax, before government agencies of all levels, particularly regulatory agencies (ANVISA ANTT, ANAC, and ANTAQ ANEEL);
